An apparatus for training golf swing comprises: a first main body(10a) of the rod shape; a grip installed at one side end of the first main body; a rod(11) in which one side is screw-coupled with the other end of the first main body and which has a space; a second body(10b) in which the protrusion in which the external diameter is greater than the inserting hole is formed in the inserted one side end; a head unit(14) installed at the other end of the second body portion; and an elastic member generating the elastic resistance according to the swing speed.
