Summary:A cable binding device is provided to easily perform a cable binding operation by stretching a rubber band into four directions by a handle. A cable binding device includes a handle(110) and an operating part(120). The operating part is integrally formed with the handle. The operating part is rotated around a central axis(130). A band hanger is formed in an end of the operating part. A support(152) is rotatably coupled in the handle. A driving shaft(155) is vertically moved by the support. A bottom part of an operating bar(150) passes through a through hole of the central axis, and is fixed to the driving shaft. A curved part is formed in a tip-end part of the operating bar.
