An insert jig for setting up a power rail in the linear inducement electric(LIM) motor comprises an insert in which the bracket supported is fixed, an insert fixing part in which inserts are fixed, and a rail fixing part which is connected to the insert fixing part and mounted on the rail, a first body(520) and a secondary body(530) which are combined between inserts.
