Summary:A method of manufacturing processing ash for concrete mineral admixture is provided to be applied at cement concrete of engineering works and construction field by pulverizing reject ash remained after manufacturing refined fly-ash and manufacturing fly ash of desired particle size. A method of manufacturing processing ash for concrete mineral admixture comprises steps of: accumulating reject ash remained after separating fly ash of coal ash generated in combustion of coal and accommodating it to a reservoir; accommodating the ash in the reservoir to a rotary kiln and removing carbon; admitting the ash supplied to the reservoir or the rotary kiln to a dispersion tub and mixing binder; and pulverizing selectively the supplied ash with the reservoir or the dispersion tub in a vibration mill and making it to blaine of 3,000~17,000 cm^2/g.
