Summary:A femto cell base station coverage setting system and a method thereof for regularly maintaining the intensity of the Bluetooth pilot signal in a situation that the radio wave intensity is changed according to a peripheral status are provided to recognize the femto cell base station coverage and recognize the femto cell base station coverage stably. A femto cell base station(100) transmits radio signal for providing a mobile communications service. The control signal including corresponding base station information is radiated and the hand-off to the femto cell coverage is induced. The mobile terminal(200) receives the radiated control signal from the femto cell base station. According to the intensity of the received control signal, the hand-off of the femto cello is performed on the base station information included in the control signal.
