Summary:An expansion joint device for an underground roadway is provided to prevent the leakage of water to the inside of an expansion joint by reducing the defects of the existing sealant joint or a rubber joint. An expansion joint device for an underground roadway comprises a plate(11) formed in the rectangular shape and provided with many anchor holes(12) formed on one side and the other side correspondingly to each other, a first fixing member(20) provided with through holes correspondingly to the anchor holes and composed of a first anchor nut and a first anchor bolt, an elastic rubber member(50) unified to the plate, a fixing unit(40) installed to two sides of the elastic rubber member, provided with a through hole and installed to the ground by a second fixing member(30) composed of a second anchor nut and a second anchor bolt, and a spring washer installed between the first anchor bolt and the first anchor nut.
