Summary:A flowing layer-optical catalyst-membrane separation complex system is provided to remove summarily particles and ion radioactive contaminants, harmful materials and fine dusts and to integrate a fluid bed reactor, an optical catalyst reactor and a membrane separation processing system. A flowing layer-optical catalyst-membrane separation complex system contains a fluid bed reactor(100) removing foreign materials by contacting air flown in with flexibly activated bubbles, an optical catalyst reactor(200) including material on which the optical catalyst is coated and removing harmful materials from air flowing from the fluid bed reactor and a membrane separation processing system(300) including a dynamic membranes formed on the porous support membrane.
