A re-inputting apparatus(200) contains a flow detector(210), an inflow water concentration measuring unit(220), a discharged water concentration measuring unit(230), a re-inputting part(240), a medicine tank(250), a control part(260) and a remote control(270). A flow detector is installed at a water supplying pipe(WL) and detects flow rate of the inflow water from a water inlet(WL1).
