Summary:A manufacturing method of a dibenzoyl peroxide granule which does not contain the moisture is provided to remove the moisture by using the additive replacing the moisture in a proper rate in BPO and to obtain a BPO with a superior dispersibility and uniform particle size distribution. A manufacturing method of a dibenzoyl peroxide granule comprises a step of obtaining the BPO precipitate by perform the liquid-phase reaction of a BPO starting material in the presence of a solvent, surfactant and organic acid ester in a temperature range of 50 - 100 deg.C; a step of obtaining the crystalline BPO powder by filtering and washing the BPO precipitate; and a step for forming granule by dispersing the BPO powder. The surfactant is added before or during the liquid-phase reaction. The organic acid ester is added during the reaction.
