Summary: | A power-up signal generator is provided to prevent repetitive power-up signal generation even when an external voltage has noise. A level sensing unit(200,300) senses the level of an external voltage, and disables a first signal generation-control signal if the external voltage becomes above a falling-reference voltage. A level comparison unit(400) disables a second signal generation-control signal, if the level of the external voltage increases above a rising-reference voltage. A re-entry prevention unit(500) enables a power-up signal to have the same level as the external voltage in response to the enable of the second signal generation-control signal, and disables the power-up signal in response to the disable of the first signal generation-control signal. |
