Summary:An antimicrobial agent comprising lysosome is provided to be effectively used to sterilize harmful bacteria of agro-livestock products due to non-toxicity and side effects and be widely applied by controlling pH and temperature optimized for improving antimicrobial capability. An environment-friendly antimicrobial agent comprises 70-80% of a phosphate buffer solution having a pH of 5.0-7.0 and 20-30% of lysosome. A method for preparing the antimicrobial agent comprises the steps of: (a) after removing egg yolk from eggs of fowl, homogenizing the white and removing viscosity therefrom; (b) centrifuging the supernatant to obtain a precipitate of the lysosome after centrifuging the homogenized white to remove precipitates therefrom and obtain supernatant; and (c) obtaining the lysosome from the lysosome precipitate and mixing 20-30% of the lysosome with 70-80% of the phosphate buffer solution.
