Summary: | An EGR(Exhaust Gas Recirculation) module simulator using a burner is provided to reduce development time and cost for an EGR module by providing EGR module performance test data for designing the EGR module. An EGR module simulator using a burner(54) includes a container(10), a first pump(71), first and second gas supply lines(31,32), first and second exhaust lines(41,42), an exhaust gas meter(62), and a bypass line(50). The container stores gas. The first pump is connected with the container to pump out the gas from the container. The first gas supply line includes a gas supply meter(61). The gas supply meter checks gas flux pumped by the first pump. The second gas supply line is connected with the first gas supply line and a buffer tank(20). The first exhaust line is connected with the buffer tank and includes a second pump(72) to pump out gas from the buffer tank. The second exhaust line is connected with the first exhaust line and includes a valve(92). The exhaust gas meter is connected with joints between the first and second gas supply lines and between the first and second exhaust lines for checking gas flux. The bypass line includes the burner and the EGR module. |
