Summary:A strip casting apparatus is provided to obtain a strip with an optimal thickness profile required in the rolling process by controlling the flow direction of molten metal in an inner space of a nozzle assembly when there is a change in the roll gap between casting rolls used in the strip manufacturing process. A strip casting apparatus comprises: a first casting roll and a second casting roll which are disposed adjacently to each other; and a nozzle assembly(13) installed in an inflow part of the first and second casting rolls to supply molten metal to the first and second casting rolls, wherein the nozzle assembly includes an upper member(13-1) and a lower member(13-2) that form a space part(13-3), and at least one adjusting dam(20) disposed in the space part to adjust a flow of molten metal. The adjusting dams each comprises: a blade(21) positioned in an inner space; a shaft(22) of which one end is fixed to the blade, and of which the other end is exposed to the outside of the nozzle assembly; and a knob(23) which is fixed to the end of the shaft that is exposed to the outside of the nozzle assembly, and which rotates the blade.
