Summary:A bolt with an RFID tag and a vehicle number plate are provided to allow for electronic management on information including vehicle information by storing information into the RFID tag. A bolt(100) includes an RFID tag(110), an opening(120), a tightening member(130), and a protective cap(140). The RFID tag stores information. The opening is formed at a head part(100b) of the bolt, and receives the RFID tag. The tightening member tightens the RFID tag received in the opening such that the RFID tag is prevented from escaping from the opening. The protective cap protects the head part of the bolt.
