Summary:A utility pole having an insulating rack of an overhead power line is provided to shift a fixation position of a power line easily by easily adjusting and shifting a position of the insulator rack fixing a tension insulator to the utility pole. A utility pole having an insulating rack of an overhead power line includes a concrete-made body, a lifter, a holder, a rack, and an insulator body. The concrete-made body has a round passage opened to a side through an opening line. The lifter has a drawing bar rotatably and movably inserted into the passage. The holder includes an elastic body(142), a connection case(141), a stopper(143), and a hinge spring(144). One end portion of the elastic body is fixed to the drawing bar. The other end portion of the elastic body is inserted into a hollow(141a) opened to an upper part of the connection case and one surface of the connection case facing the elastic body is inclined. The stopper is rotatably fixed to the one end portion of the elastic body and a projection portion(143a) projecting upward is formed on an end of the stopper. The rack is fixed to the connection case. The insulator body is fixed to the rack in a longitudinal direction.
