Summary:A pharmaceutical composition comprising a liver targeting complex is provided to be used for selective delivery of DNA and RNA molecules to liver and be effectively used for treating liver related diseases as a marker-orienting gene therapeutic agent. A liver specific composition for delivering a nucleic acid or a drug for treatment comprises a liver targeting complex including an apolipoprotein-A-I and a cationic or a neutral liposome, wherein the nucleic acid is plasmid, DNA or RNA and the drug is an anti-cancer agent, an anti-virus agent or an active polypeptide. Further, the RNA is siRNA peculiar to B or C type hepatitis virus. 본 발명은 아포리포프로테인 A-Ⅰ(apolipoprotein A-Ⅰ)과 양이온성 리포좀(cationic liposome) 또는 중성 리포좀(neutral liposome)으로 구성된 복합체 및 이를 포함하는 약학적 조성물에 관한 것으로, 본 발명의 복합체는 DNA, RNA, 항암제, 항바이러스제, 활성 폴리펩타이드 등의 치료용 약물을 간에 특이적으로 전달할 수 있으므로, 이를 포함하는 약학적 조성물은 핵산 또는 치료용 약물의 간 선택적 전달에 이용할 수 있으며, 간 관련 질환의 치료에 효과적으로 사용할 수 있다.
