Summary: | A method for preparing a microcapsule is provided to produce a sustained-release medicine having an excellent initial burst-suppressing property, by preparing the microcapsule to contain physiological activation material. A microcapsule is prepared by adding emulsion into an aqueous solution. The emulsion contains physiological activation material, bio-compatible polymer, and polyvinylpyrrolidone. The emulsion is obtained by mixing a first non-aqueous solution containing the physiological activation material and a second non-aqueous solution containing the bio-compatible polymer and the polyvinylpyrrolidone. |
