Summary:A Teflon coating method of heat-resistant ceramic kitchen utensils, and heat-resistant ceramic kitchen utensils with Teflon coat by the method are provided to improve binding of frit with low melting point and a glaze layer by forming a Teflon coating layer after burning a medium layer. A Teflon coating method of heat-resistant ceramic kitchen utensils comprises the steps of: coating a component having alumina at the weight of 20 to 70 with particle size of 20 to 80 micron, binder at the weight of 5 to 10, and water at the weight of 60 to 100 for frit with low melting point at the weight of 100 on the surface of a glaze layer(12); forming a medium layer(13) by burning at the temperature of 580 to 850 degrees; and coating Teflon on the surface of the medium layer. The frit with low melting point has the same component with the glaze used for forming the glaze layer. The frit with low melting point has SiO2 at the weight of 40 to 45, Na2O at the weight of 12 to 18, K2O at the weight of 1.5 to 2.5, BaO at the weight of 2 to 3, NiO at the weight of 0.5 to 1.0, MnO at the weight of 0.5 to 1.0, CuO at the weight of 0.5 to 1.2, CoO at the weight of 0.1 to 0.2, and CaO at the weight of 5 to 10. The alumina is manufactured by powdering the burning alumina.
