Summary: | A precursor solution is provided to impart biaxially-oriented crystallinity and a dense microstructure to a final buffer layer without a decline in characteristics of a substrate even through low-temperature annealing when buffer layers are manufactured by a wet chemical process. A precursor solution capable of forming biaxially-oriented buffer layers by low-temperature annealing is obtained by adding a precursor capable of forming buffer layers to at least one solvent selected from alcohol-based liquids, ester-based liquids, and ketones, or a mixture thereof to form a precursor solution, and adding at least one metal salt to the precursor solution, wherein the at least one metal salt is a precursor capable of forming a low melting point phase and is selected from metal salts of Bi, B, Pb, Ga, Li, Na, K, or Cs. |
