A shoe insole for promoting sanitation includes: a sole(100) made of micro-fiber and having plural vents(110); an antibacterial member(200) deposited on the upper surface of the sole, and having acupressure projections(210) upwardly protruded and connection holes(220) intermittently punched between the acupressure projections; a protective member(300) having plural receiving holes(310) for receiving the acupressure projections and perforating holes(320) intermittently punched between the receiving holes; and a deodorizing member(400) deodorizing bad smell by being riveted by a rivet(410) penetrating the vent, connection hole, and perforating hole.
