A polystyrene foaming molding material, and a method for preparing the polystyrene foaming molding material are provided to improve impact resistance, scratch resistance and smoothness. A polystyrene foaming molding material comprises an inner layer(10) which comprises an inner secondary mixture resin comprising 97.9-99.75 wt% of an inner layer primary mixture resin obtained by mixing and heating recycled PS, recycled HIPS and recycled PH resin, 0.1-1 wt% of zinc, 0.05-0.1 wt% of citric acid and 0.1-1 wt% of a foaming agent; an outer layer(20) which comprises 97.9-99.85 wt% of an outer primary mixture resin comprising styrene-butadiene copolymer and HIPS, 0.01-1 wt% of zinc, 0.05-0.1 wt% of tartaric acid and 0.05-1 wt% of a calcium agent; and a coating layer which has a thickness of 10 micrometers and is formed on the outer layer.
