Summary:A waste input apparatus is provided to prevent smell of a waste bag stored in an input pipe from being outputted to an input port, by installing a drum on an upper end of the input pipe such that the waste bag is inputted into the input pipe by rotation of the drum. An input port is formed in a front surface of a body. A drum(120) is positioned within the body, wherein the drum has an input hole(121) in a diameter direction of the body. A first end of the input hole is matched to the input port of the body while the drum is rotated. An input pipe(140) is extended below the drum while the input pipe communicates with a food transport pipe. A second end of the input hole is matched to the input pipe while the drum is rotated. The drum is rotated such that the first end of the input hole is upwardly moved.
