Summary:A lining apparatus for a large sized pipe line and a lining constructing method of the large sized pipe line using the same are provided to improve coating work and to shorten the working time by using a rotary supply joint supplying a paint to first and second paint inlet parts and a mixing spreading part mixing and spreading the paint. A lining apparatus(100) for a large sized pipe line comprises a housing(10), a main rotary shaft(20), a power transfer unit(30), a rotary supply joint(40), and a mixing spreading part(50). The housing is installed with a paint storage tank(11) and a bracket(13) formed with a control part(12), formed with a plate(14) having a bearing part, and formed with a driving part(15). The main rotary shaft is formed with first and second paint supply lines. First and second paint inlet parts are formed to one side of the first and second pain supply lines, and a first coupling part(23) is formed to the other side of the first and second pain supply lines. The power transfer unit is formed with a power receiving part coupled with a motor(31) and a main rotary shaft, and has a power transferring member(34) transferring the power of the power transfer part to the power receiving part. The rotary supply joint supplies pain to the first and second paint inlet parts of the first and second pain supply lines. The mixing spreading part mixes and spreads the paint supplied from the paint supply lines.
