A user interface part(210) receives user information. A financial transaction information generation part(220) generates financial transaction information on the basis of the user information. An account report printing part(230) prints the financial transaction information on an account report paper. An account report dispense part(240) dispenses the printed account report paper. The account report paper has an envelope type, and the account report printing part prints the financial transaction information on the exterior of the envelope.
