Summary:A grenade for training is provided to form a notch unit having a weak structure on a body for inducing the dispersion in a morning glory shape, thereby preventing safety accidents. A grenade for training comprises a body(20), a notch unit(22), a filler(21), a fuse body(11), a hinge pin(16), and a lever(14). The body is formed in an integration type or a separated type separated into an upper part and a lower part. The notch unit which is structurally weak is radially formed in the body and is torn in explosion to disperse the filler. The filler is the mixture of tungsten and barites in a powder type. The fuse body, the body, the hinge pin, and the lever are made of poly lactic acid.
