Summary:A unit fuel cell system is provided to stably supply electric energy and heat energy to each house all the year round, have a minimized size to secure residential space, and heat rooms effectively. A multi-house energy supply system includes unit fuel cell systems(40) to be installed in many houses, respectively, and a common reformer(10) which supplies hydrogen to the unit fuel cell systems. The unit fuel cell system comprises: a stack unit(300) which generates electricity by an electrochemical reaction of hydrogen supplied from the common reformer and air; an air supply unit(100) which supplies air to the stack unit; an integral heat exchange unit(500) which recovers heat from the stack unit to cool the stack unit, and stores the recovered heat; a hot water supply unit(200) which is provided with the heat stored in the integral heat exchange unit and supplies hot water; an auxiliary heat supply unit(400) which is provided with hydrogen to be directly supplied from the common reformer(10) or hydrogen to be discharged from the stack unit after the reaction, and air supplied from the air supply unit, generates heat, and supplies the heat to the hot water supply unit selectively; and an electricity output unit(600) which converts electricity generated from the stack unit into commercial power and provides the electricity to a house.
