Summary:A trash compression equipment which can compress trash safely by conforming a compression plate to the center of a compression drum, can increase the compression ratio of trash more certainly by allowing water contained in trash to discharge from a lower part of the compression drum, and prevents the surroundings of the equipment from being contaminated by removing water discharged from the compression drum through a water receiver is provided. A trash compression equipment(10) comprises: a frame(100) including a top plate, a base(104), and supporting bars(106) fixed between the top plate and the base; a semicircular fixing frame(202) of which upper and lower portions are fixed onto the top plate and the base; a compression drum(200) comprising opening-and-closing doors(204a,204b) which are connected to the fixing frame by hinge members(210) and comprised of a pair of semicircular parts, and have locking members(206) formed at one side thereof and catching members(208) formed at the other side thereof; a compressing means(300) comprising a cylinder(302) installed on the top plate, a cylinder rod(304) connected to the cylinder and lifted or lowered through the top plate, and a compression plate(306) connected to the cylinder rod to compress trash contained in the compression drum; a hydraulic pressure generating means(400) comprising a hydraulic pressure generating part(402) and a motor(404) installed on the top plate to generate hydraulic pressure; and a control means(500) comprising a control part(502) controlling the hydraulic pressure generating means and the compressing means, and an ON/OFF button(506) and lifting and lowering buttons(508,510) operating the control part.
