Summary:A fixing unit of an electric terminal box of an apartment house is provided to be firmly and promptly joined to reinforcing rods buried within a wall boy even without a separate joining member such as a bolt and a nut. An upper reinforcing rod(1) and a lower reinforcing rod(5) are buried within a wall body. The first fixing member(10) and the second fixing member(30) respectively adhere closely to the upper reinforcing rod(1) and the lower reinforcing rod(5). Two first clamps(20) and two second clamps(40) are respectively joined to the first fixing member(10) and the second fixing member(30) through elastic elements(50) and hinge pins(13,33), thereby preventing the first fixing member(10) and the second fixing member(30) from being separated from the upper reinforcing rod(1) and the lower reinforcing rod(5).
