Summary:A collision checking device of a median strip using an optical fiber is provided to detect correct position of a vehicle collision by transmitting a signal corresponding to damage of the optical fiber caused by the vehicle collision, to a base station. A pair of lateral structures(10) includes a bracket at the lower portion, a first horizontal hole(12) formed along the lateral structures, and a space part(13) at the upper portion. At least one central structure(20) includes a bracket at the lower portion and a second horizontal hole connected to the first horizontal hole. Plural horizontal pipes(30) are inserted into the lateral and central structures. A flexible pipe(40) couples the first and second horizontal pipes. A supporting roller(50) is installed on an outer peripheral surface of the horizontal pipes and easily inserts/separates the horizontal pipes to/from the first and second holes. A vertical pipe(60) formed at the lateral structures in a vertical direction is connected to the horizontal pipes. An optical fiber is installed between space parts through the horizontal and vertical pipes. A signal generator(71) installed at the space part and informs disconnection of the optical fiber due to a vehicle collision to a base station(2).
