Summary:A power gating structure and method in a low-power system are provided to stably connect or disconnect a power supply voltage in order to operate a logic circuit in various operation modes. In a power gating circuit for controlling the connection between a power supply node and a virtual power supply node to operate a logic circuit(28) in a plurality of operation modes, a first path(21) electrically connects or disconnects the power supply node and the virtual power supply node by a first control signal and applies a first voltage level difference between the power supply node and the virtual power supply node when the power supply node and the virtual power supply node are electrically connected. A second path(23) electrically connects or disconnects the power supply node and the virtual power supply node by the first control signal and a second control signal not to be connected with the first path at the same time, and applies a second voltage level difference between the power supply node and the virtual power supply node when the power supply node and the virtual power supply node are electrically connected.
