Summary:A method for preparing the paper with the excellent blood circulation and freshness maintenance property is provided to ripe the pegmatite powder by bacillus species and to partially inject the powder into the raw material of paper before a dry process. The pegmatite non-crash material with the particle size of 0.35 to 1 micrometer is ripened at the existence of Bacillus species SSA3 and the temperature of 35 to 45 degrees in centigrade so that a functional powder is manufactured. The 1/3 of the total injection amount of the functional powder is divided and mixed with the paper raw material. A sheet is formed from the mixed raw material and the moisture of the sheet is removed by the compressed dehydration process. The 2/3 of the total injection amount of the functional powder is coated by a spray type and dried. The total injection amount of the functional powder is 0.0003 to 0.0008 wt% per the paper of 100 wt%.
