A head with a multi-shaft for machine tools includes a universal joint(120) rotatably mounted to a head box(110), a multiple shaft gear box(130) separately mounted to the lower end of the head box, a mounting block(150) placed on the upper side of the multiple shaft gear box, a jig(160) separately mounted on the lower surface of the multiple shaft gear box, a plurality of master spindles(170) separately mounted on the jig, a first spline shaft(125) of the universal joint connected to a main shaft(131) of the multiple shaft gear box by a second joint(126), a gearing device(132) mounted on the main shaft, a second spline shaft(175) inserted into the gearing device to rotate together with the gearing device, and a third joint(176) to connect the second spline shaft to a spindle shaft(171) of the master spindle. The universal joint includes a driving shaft installed to a disc of the head box, a first joint mounted to the lower side of the driving shaft, a driven shaft, a hollow shaft, and the first spline shaft inserted into a hollow shaft.
