Summary:A backflow prevention device of a manhole for building complex is provided to prohibit rain water from flooding the manhole by allowing a backflow prevention door to rise according as water lever of the manhole rises. In a manhole including a manhole cover(200) provided with plural water draining holes(210) installed on a water intake hole(111) of an upper surface, and a draining pipe passage(300) mounted at both side walls(120), a backflow prevention device of a manhole for building complexes comprises a hinge bracket(400) formed with a supporting unit having a pin hole and a fixing hole at one side on the inside surface of the upper surface of the manhole at both sides; and a buoyancy plate(520) installed at the lower surface. The fixing hole is eccentrically formed toward the backflow prevention door not vertically right under the pin hole. The backflow prevention door provided with a hinge unit is combined to the hinge bracket with a hinge pin to rotate. A fixing pin(600) is inserted in the fixing hole of the hinge bracket to support the hinge unit. When buoyancy does not operate, the backflow prevention door is opened by inclining at acute angle.
