A waterproofing electric wire for apartment houses is provided to prevent various electric safety accidents in advance by inserting/connecting a waterproofing band between a plurality of connection pipes. A pair of protrusion units(115) are formed on an external surface of the protection pipes(110). A connection pipe(120) is connected/installed between the protection pipes(110) to connect the protection pipes(110). A pair of groove units(121) are formed on the connection pipe(120) and a pair of hanging jaws(123) are protrusively formed on both ends of the connection pipe(120). A waterproofing band(130) is inserted/connected between the connection pipes(120) to maintain an airtightness at a connection portion between the protection pipe(110) and the connection pipe(120). And, a step groove(133) having an outer diameter larger than that of a through hole is formed on the waterproofing band(130).
