Summary:A supersonic bio-filter apparatus is provided to efficiently separate the scum stacked at the carrier within the inside of the bio-filter apparatus. A polluted gas flows in a gas inlet(11) of a body(10). A carrier(20) is stored in the body, and is contacted with the polluted gas. A supersonic oscillator(40) is installed in the outside of the body. A plurality of supersonic vibration parts(41) are electrically connected with the supersonic oscillator(40), and are installed at one side of the carrier. The supersonic vibration parts provide supersonic vibration to an internal part of the carrier. A timer(42) connects with the supersonic oscillator, and controls a supersonic vibration time. A gas outlet(12) contacts with the carrier, and discharges the processed polluted pas.
