Summary:An oxygen dissolving device is provided to quickly dissolve oxygen in the water by maximizing a contact area between the water and the air by mixing the high-pressure air and the water and crushing the air by an eddy current and then increasing the contact time between the water and the air. The oxygen dissolving device(1) for inserting the high-pressure air or oxygen and the high-pressure water together is composed of a body(11) storing the water; an inlet port(12) formed on one end face of the body to supply air pressure and water pressure; a plurality of eddy current generating tools(13) connected to the inlet port and disposed in the body to generate an eddy current by changing the flow velocity of the water and the air; and an outlet port(14) installed on the other end face of the body to discharge the water dissolved with the oxygen.
