Summary:An apparatus and a method for sending a data broadcasting application, and a broadcasting sending system are provided to easily control the sending of the data broadcasting application by using a control packet containing at least one data broadcasting application to be broadcasted. A control packet receiver(131) receives a control packet containing at least one data broadcasting application to be broadcasted through a broadcasting network according to broadcasting programming information. A sending list storage unit(133) contains a data broadcasting application to be transmitted to the broadcasting network. A comparator(132) compares the data broadcasting application contained in the control packet with the data broadcasting application contained in the sending list storage unit(133), and then updates the sending list storage unit(133). A sender(134) periodically transmits the data broadcasting application contained in the sending list storage unit(133) to the broadcasting network.
