Summary:A headset with a built-in power supply is provided to accommodate the built-in power supply having volume in an application apparatus by installing a battery inside a cable of the headset. In a headset(10) with a built-in power supply, a headset cable(12) has a male plug(13) inserted into a female jack of an application apparatus. The male plug(13) receives left and right channel voice signals and has a plurality of ring connectors separated by a ring isolator on a metal pin of the male plug so as to provide electricity and grounding. The female jack receives electricity from the male plug(13) so as to drive the application apparatus and has corresponding connectors so as to transmit the left and right signals generated by the application apparatus.
