A structure of a ventilating insulation-type waterproof layer of a rooftop comprises a base layer(2) where one side of plural base sheets(21) is mutually overlapped at a waterproof nature surface(6) of the rooftop; a nature fixing material(1) where the overlapped part of the base sheets is fixed at the waterproof nature surface; an adhesion fixing material layer(3) attached at the overlapped part of the base layer installed with the nature fixing material; a waterproof film layer formed by coating a hardening film waterproof material on the upper surface of the base and adhesion fixing material layers; an embossing layer(8) formed at the surface of the waterproof film layer; and a top-coat material layer(5) coated/formed at the waterproof film.
