Summary: | A cryogenic refrigerator with a separation unit is provided to prevent heat from a low temperature part from being infiltrated into a heat exchanger, and to repair the cryogenic refrigerator at normal temperature by inserting the separation unit between the low temperature part and the heat exchanger. A cryogenic refrigerator includes a refrigerator body, a low temperature part circulating liquid refrigerant at a low temperature range, a heat exchanger circulating liquid refrigerant having temperature higher than temperature of the liquid refrigerant circulating in the low temperature part, and a separation unit(3) inserted between the low temperature part and the heat exchanger, composed of an upper part(6a), a lower part(6b) and a curved part to form a cavity and provided with a pipe(4) flowing and discharging gas. The low temperature part is separated from the heat exchanger by charging gas in the cavity in flowing gas into the cavity of the separation unit, and heat is exchanged by forming vacuum in the cavity, contacting the upper and lower parts of the separation unit and touching the low temperature part to the heat exchanger. The cavity is filled with nitrogen or helium gas. |
