Summary:PURPOSE: A ceramic incubating fish reef is provided to offer a habitat or refuge for fish, and to make fish gather in a swarm effectively by forming disturbed currents or whirlpool and acoustic effect. CONSTITUTION: The ceramic incubating fish reef comprises: a reef frame(1) having a predetermined internal space using a plurality of horizontal frames(2) and vertical frames(3); a plurality of steel plates(9, 10) installed in the internal space of the reef frame(1) at a predetermined angle; ceramic blocks(15) installed at selected places between each of the horizontal frames(2), the ceramic blocks(15) each having a throughhole(15b). The ceramic blocks(15) are composed of continuously arranged I-beam type ceramic units(15a).
