Summary:PURPOSE: Provided is an inflatable bone junction cage for fixing intervertebrae by inserting an artificial fusion implant into an intervertebral space produced after excising an impaired spinal disk, which facilitates movement of a spacer for inflating a branching portion of a cage body, enables the spacer to be moved in a large pitch, and improves a structural stability of the inflated branching portion. CONSTITUTION: The inflatable bone junction cage comprises: a cage body having a sheet portion(120) having an orifice, and a branching portion(130) consisting of a plurality of branches each having a clasp(131h) formed at its free end; a spacer(200) installed in a cavity(100v) of the case body; and a plug(300) inserted into the orifice of the sheet portion(120). The bone junction cage is inflated such that the clasp(131h) is fixedly inserted into a ring hole of the spacer(200) and a bent portion of the branching portion(130) is lifted.
