CONSTITUTION: A composition of chewing gum is characterized by comprising 21-29 wt.% of gum base, 0.1-0.6 wt.% of softener, 40-55 wt.% of D-sorbitol, 2-10 wt.% of isomalt, 5-20 wt.% of xylitol, 2-4 wt.% of manatol, 0.001-0.002 wt.% of aspartame, 1-2.5 wt.% of flavoring agent, 0.1-2 wt.% of calcium phosphate, tribasic, 0.04-0.2 wt.% of dextranase, and 1-2 wt.% of coloring agent.
