Summary:PURPOSE: A voice telegram system is provided to store a voice of an orderer through a telephone in a voice medium capable of being transmitted to an object. CONSTITUTION: A telephone network(20) connects to a telephone line(10) for transmitting and receiving voice data between an orderer and a voice telegram device or a voice telegram device and a voice telegram device, and transmitting and receiving signals for performing a communication protocol. An ARS(Automatic Response System) storing unit(30) stores guidance mentions for an ARS. A mount and dismount type voice card(40) stores the voice of the orderer transmitted from the telephone network(20). A DTMF(Dual Tone Multi Frequency) sensing unit(50) senses a DTMF of the function selection transmitted from the telephone network(20). If a system of an other region is connected through the telephone network(20), a DTMF generating unit(60) generates a DTMF for performing a communication protocol with the other system.
