PURPOSE: A liquid crystal display is provided to improve horizontal and vertical viewing angles so as to prevent color shift of the liquid crystal display according to the viewing angles. CONSTITUTION: A liquid crystal display includes the first electrode(80') formed of a transparent metal on a substrate, an insulating layer formed on the overall surface of the substrate including the first electrode, and the second electrode(85') formed of a transparent metal on the insulating layer. The first electrode is provided with multiple spaces(83a',83b',83c',83d',83e') divided by at least one transparent metal bar(80b',80c',80d',80e') and has a form of rectangular frame having the first width. The second electrode includes the first part intersecting a part of the multiple spaces of the first electrode in the first direction, and the second part that is electrically connected to the first part and intersects the remaining spaces of the first electrode in the second direction perpendicular to the first direction. The first and second parts of the second electrode have the second width. The distance between the first electrode and the first or second part of the second electrode corresponds to the third width, and the first and second widths are larger than or identical to the third width.
