PURPOSE: A coupon service wireless transmission system using a mobile communication network and a method therefor are provided to show a coupon message received to a mobile terminal through the mobile communication network to a coupon provider and receive a corresponding service. CONSTITUTION: A wireless coupon server confirms whether a received message is a character(S3). If the received message is a character, the wireless coupon server transmits a character coupon message to a mobile communication terminal through a mobile communication network(S4). The mobile communication terminal receives the character coupon message, and automatically stores the coupon message or manually stores a coupon message selected by a subscriber(S5). If the received message is not the character, the wireless coupon server confirms whether the received message is a numerical message(S7). If the received message is the numerical message, the wireless coupon server transmits a numerical coupon message to the mobile communication terminal through the mobile communication network(S8). The mobile communication terminal receives the numerical coupon message, and the subscriber calls a corresponding voice mail box of the numerical coupon message and hears the coupon message(S9).
