PURPOSE: Provided is a substituted phenylimidazolidine, which inhibits androgenic activity in warm-blooded animals. Further, a process for the preparation of the substituted phenylimidazolidine and an anti-androgenic composition containing it are provided. CONSTITUTION: The substituted phenylimidazolidine is represented by the formula I, wherein R1 is -CN, -NO2 or halogen, R2 is -CF3 or halogen, -A-B- is selected from the group consisting of formula II, III (in which X is -O- or -S-, R3 is hydrogen, hydroxy, halogen, unsubstituted or substituted aryl, -O-aryl, -O-aralkyl, -S-aryl, free carboxy, esterified carboxy, trialkylsilyl or acyl), and Y is -O-, -S- or =NH, except the compounds of the formula I wherein -A-B- is formula II (in which, X is oxygen, R3 is hydrogen) and Y is oxygen or =NH, R2 is -CF3 or halogen and R1 is -NO2 or halogen. 본 발명은 하기 일반식(I)의 신규의 치환 페닐이미다졸리딘, 이들의 제조 방법, 의약으로서의 용도 및 이들을 함유하는 제약 조성물에 관한 것이다.
