PURPOSE: A recycle system and the recycle method for plasma display panel's glass is provided to reduce cost of raw material and cost of disposal and to remove reason of soil pollution by recycling glass from defects generated in PDP manufacturing process. CONSTITUTION: A display electrode is formed as a metal film of three layer structure laminating Cr, Cu, Cr by turns on a glass in plasma display panel. A Cr metal film, Cu metal film, Cr metal film is removed from the top part of the metal film of the three layer structure spraying a first etching liquid, a second etching liquid, a third etching liquid in turns for a substrate(310). And then a deionized water is sprayed to remove fully an etching liquid remained on the substrate(310). An air is blown to remove and dry the deionized water remained on the substrate(310). The first and the third etching liquid uses a mixed liquid which is composed of 10 to 20% of CeNH4NO3, 20SOWL 30% DML HCl, 50SOWL 70% H2O.
