Summary:PURPOSE: A flat panel display apparatus with an image auto adjusting function and a control method of the same are provided to be capable of automatically controlling images by only inputting auto adjusting keys. CONSTITUTION: An A/D converter(10) converts analog video signals provided from a host into digital video signals. A delay(20) delays the sampling clocks provided from the A/D converter(10) by a preset delay time. A self fine tuning processor(50) receives the digital video signals to determine whether or not the analog video signal are converted into right digital video signals. A microcomputer(60) controls the delay time in accordance with the determination results according to the self fine tuning processor(60). In addition, the microcomputer(60) initializes the delay setting of the delay(20) in response to the input of a fine auto tuning key(70), and starts the operation of the self fine tuning processor(50).
