Summary:PURPOSE: An apparatus for controlling voltage variation by a double level sensing is provided to generate two voltages having a different level each other by sensing an output potential of a pumping circuit and stabilize a variation width of an output potential as controlling so that the output potential of the pumping circuit is varied between the voltage levels. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus includes a boosted voltage pumping circuit outputting a boosted voltage and a boosted voltage level controlling portion outputting a signal by which an output potential of the boosted voltage pumping circuit is controlled in a predetermined range, and boosted voltage level sensing portions(200,210). The boosted voltage level sensing portion receives an output signal of the boosted voltage pumping circuit and outputs levels 1 and 2 which are each other different to the boosted voltage level controlling portion(200). The boosted voltage level controlling portion is composed of the first and second boosted voltage level controlling portions.
